What advice would you give a prospective Honors student?

Take all the opportunities you can! The Honors College provides so many ways for you to learn something new, from clubs and events to classes and friendships, so get as much as you can out of it! You never know what you'll enjoy or benefit from until you try!

What is an academic experience - like a book, project, or research paper - that has had an impact on your life?

Studying Abroad in Ireland has by far had the biggest impact on me of any academic experience. I learned so much about the country, their literature, and myself!

What is your favorite aspect of the Honors community?

Living in the learning community in Douglass House for two years as part of the Honors College has to be my favorite aspect- I met so many friends there and made great memories.

Favorite Spot on Campus

Burdick Gym! There's always fun classes to attend (yoga and cycling are my favorites), and the gym is so high tech it makes me feel like I'm working out on the Axiom spaceship from Wall-e.
