I would advise students to tour all their prospective school. It is important to feel a sense of comfort on the campus where you are going to spend the next 4 years living, learning and growing. I would also say take all factors into account like price, location, academics, and campus life when making a decision.
I chose Towson University because it was in-state which allowed me to use additional scholarships and financial aid resources. I also loved the campus when I took a tour and decided to stay here and continue my studies.
My favorite place on campus is the Union because it encompasses a lot of fun things to do like the U-Store, The Susquehanna Dining Area and Ballrooms for fun activities.
What I love most about Towson is the diversity of our campus community. I love walking around campus and see people from all colors, creeds, backgrounds, genders and countries all on the same campus.
