I believed Towson was the best option for me for multiple reasons. One is that it's a little bit closer to home, and I am more familiar with the area. I was also accepted to the FTP program, which helps me become more college prepared while still taking college-level courses. Finally, it was in my budget range.
There is no rush in college, and it's all self-paced. It's easy to get caught up in the stigma of finishing "on time." but it's okay to do things at your own comfortable pace. There is also the stigma of choosing the right school on the first try, but it's okay to start over. Find your fit, take things slow, go easy on yourself, but remember to take care of yourself and make the best of what you have!
TigerFest is an event that most TU students look forward to all school year. It's a week full of fun events, and a concert with a fantastic artist that students are super excited about!
Try your best to find ways to get involved on campus. It will connect you to friends and peers that can make your college experience so much better! Find that group that you feel you can connect with best.
