What do you love most about Towson University?

(I know many schools say this, however, I truly find this at Towson) Towson is a bigger school but has a small school feel. I think this is because of the number of commuter students there are, but also there are so many different clubs activities and way to get involved on campus that those people that you come together you that becomes your little community within the bigger TU population. Three of my siblings and I all have all gone to Towson, and we all had different interests and were able to find our place/community/niche on TU and loved it!

What advice would you give a prospective student?

The education you are going to get is extremely important for your future... but so is building yourself during this time, not just your resume. Focus on finding a place where you think you can grow and become a strong well-rounded person that a future employer will want to hire for more than just your resume.

Why did you choose Towson University?

I choose Towson, because of the size, location, and clubs/organizations on campus. Also, my home is about 30 mins away... which to a lot of people is very close, however, my parents treat me like I am away at school so I am still able to have that independence but still have the easy ability to go home for holidays of weekends if needed.
