Dr. Kilmer. I absolutely loved taking her Theories of Crime course and had the opportunity to attend a webinar with formerly incarcerated men to hear about their personal experiences of being involved with criminal legal system.

What advice would you give a prospective student?

Make connections! Although it may seem intimidating to talk to professor, staff, or even your peers, you never know whom they know. It's not always what you know, its who you know!
