Tour Guide at Towson University
Class of 2020
Hometown: Clark, NJ
Major: Information Technology
I love that Towson University is a big school, with a small school feel. There are no overwhelming class sizes and the academic buildings are all relatively close to each other.
Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Join clubs that interest you, and get involved in all kinds of organizations. Those are the best ways to expand your friend group and meet people from all over.
My favorite place on campus is the Newell dining hall because of all of the fun dishes they offer. My two personal favorites are the pizza with pasta noodles on top, and the "kicking chicken" which is a buffalo chicken grilled cheese served with curly fries.
A huge factor of why I chose Towson University was because of my campus tour. My tour guide made me feel right at home throughout my campus tour. On top of that, Towson offers Information Technology as its own major which is what I want to pursue.
