Sadly I can not give up the best kept secret on campus, I guess you will have to come to school here to find out. But my second favorite place on campus is Burdick Field. I played many years of intramural sports and the feeling of competition and fun there is unmatched on campus. Also the Glen Woods is a great escape, and ABP is good when the line is short.
What I love most is what sold me on the school in the last question. Campus and the local area, I made so many friends my first year we always had a blast going uptown or downtown to find fun in every direction!
I would tell a prospective student to come and see the school. What really sold me on Towson as an incoming freshman was the feel of the campus overall, also the fact that campus is so close to both the cities of Towson and Baltimore! Even now during covid you can self tour the campus and local area safely!
I chose Towson so I would be immersed in a community and area that was way more diverse than where I grew up. I am Puerto Rican and I wanted to find and feel new experiences in an area where there were other people of minority decent as well.
