My favorite TU event, experience or tradition is...
My favorite tradition so far is the tailgates. It’s a place for every student to get excited about the imminent game and everyone just has a good time.
Why did you choose Towson University?
I chose Towson mainly because they had the most exciting program path for my major. But a few other things that influenced me was the proximity to home. A lot of people want to go to school far away, but there have definitely been sometimes I just needed to go home. Don’t want to spend money doing laundry? Go home. Craving a family recipe? Go home. Just feeling homesick? Go home.
Favorite Local Shop or Restaurant
My favorite place to get food on campus is the cafe in Hawkins Hall. Their fresh lemonade is amazing.
How has TU helped you grow?
TU has allowed me to pursue a topic I am extremely interested in. Every day I learn something new and I love it even more.
