Favorite Spot on Campus

My favorite spot on campus is the third floor of the Center for the Arts. There are some benches on the third floor that are really comfortable, and being in such a creative space helps me think about homework, other clubs on campus, or anything that's on my mind.

What do you wish you would have known your first semester?

My first semester was online due to Covid, and I wish I could go back and tell myself to relax. I was so worried I would have a hard time acclimating once I got here, but once I did, people I became friends with would introduce me to their friends, and soon enough I wasn't worried anymore.

Why did you choose Towson University?

I chose Towson mainly because they had the most exciting program path for my major. But a few other things that influenced me was the proximity to home. A lot of people want to go to school far away, but there have definitely been sometimes I just needed to go home. Don’t want to spend money doing laundry? Go home. Craving a family recipe? Go home. Just feeling homesick? Go home.
