What is an academic experience - like a book, project, or research paper - that has had an impact on your life?

During my first semester at Towson, I tutored in a Baltimore City school through an honors education course. I loved getting to work with children and grow comfortable with teaching students in areas other than my hometown!

What is your favorite aspect of the Honors community?

My favorite aspect is the professor-student connection offered because all Honors College courses are limited to a small number of students.

What advice would you give a prospective Honors student?

I would advise honors students to build relationships with their fellow classmates to always have a study buddy and homework pal!

I chose the Honors College because it provides opportunities for academic success and a close-knit community that fosters support and growth.
