What advice would you give a prospective student?

Make sure to get involved on campus as soon as you can! There are many ways to get involved such as sports teams, clubs, Greek Life, campus jobs, and others. Getting involved will help you to meet people with similar interest and passions as you. It will truly make your campus feel like home.

Favorite Spot on Campus

My favorite place on campus is the West Village Commons. It is conveniently located for students living in West Village. It features a great dining hall, ala carte food options, free exercise classes, and places to study. There are also ballrooms that many clubs and organizations will reserve for events and meetings.

Why did you choose Towson University?

I chose TU because of the stellar nursing program and an amazing location. Towson is extremely close to Baltimore City and Washington DC, making it easy for students to visit there. However, since TU is not located directly in one of those cities, it has a stereotypical college campus feel. You get the advantages of having a city school without having to live in the city!

What do you love most about Towson University?

What I love most about TU are the professors. My professors are always accessible and willing to help me whenever I need it. Many of them even knew my name within the first week of classes, which is rare at many other schools!
