With so many people who have different backgrounds, it allows everyone at Towson to be open and accepting other's differences. There is something for everyone here at Towson

Where is your favorite place on campus?

My favorite place on campus is freedom square. Freedom Square is a quiet place that allows me to do work in the middle of campus. As well as a place to relax and hang out with friends

What is your favorite aspect of the Honors community?

I love the honors college community. Towson is a big school with a small school feeling. Within Towson, you gain so much from the honors college community. I love being able to have small classes that allow me to really get to know my professors and classmates and build a relationship with them.

What is an academic experience - like a book, project, or research paper - that has had an impact on your life?

I've had an amazing opportunity to work with my professor on research involving Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome and mother-baby bonding. It allowed learning the importance of Evidence-Based Practice in nursing while pursuing a topic that was apart of my interest. It allowed me to realize my interest in possibly becoming a nurse researcher in the future.
