What do you love most about Towson University?

Towson's professors are marvelous; they genuinely want you to succeed. It's not hard finding faculty who are doing research, running nonprofits, or working in your future field.

Why did you choose Towson University?

I grew up five minutes away and am a bit of a homebody. Towson was big enough that I could find everything I needed or wanted on or near campus. But at the same time, I could go home. It is also close to the inner harbor, DC, and my favorite place, the BMA.

Favorite Spot on Campus

My favorite place on campus is the library! You can reserve the second-floor group study rooms. Each one has whiteboards on the walls and a mac. It’s perfect if you need a quiet area to work alone or host a study group.

What advice would you give a prospective student?

It’s okay to come in undecided. Take classes in all of the disciplines you are interested in and see what you like. Whatever you pick, make sure you love it.
