It really is true that Towson is a large campus with a small campus feel. They say that in the informational videos for all schools, so prospective students may start to take that statement with a grain of salt. However, I feel like that statement truly epitomizes the close-knit nature of the Towson community. While I'm able to be independent, I also have the pleasure of seeing a familiar face almost everywhere I go on campus.

My mom always said that when searching for the right school for undergrad, I would walk on the campus and "just know". I looked at a lot of different schools during high school, and I never really got that feeling, where I "just knew". That is until I toured Towson. I had a feeling that Towson might be the one, but when I visited campus, as my mom said, I "just knew", and I never looked back. Specific things that drew me to Towson were the marching band, Honors College, and a bridge program called Towson Opportunities in STEM.
